Professional skills count but we take a serious look on how you can effectively work with us.   We prefer to work in a very small group and we want to stay that way.  We work hard and value quality work because we heavily depend on one another.  They too deserve quality service.

We need people who believe in our vision.   Our time, money and effort are precious that we only share these resources to those who want to help us get where we want to go. In return, we help them become professionally equipped and realize their full potential.

Great solutions start with ideas.   Whether experienced or novice at work, we like people who have creative solving ablitiy.   When we share great ideas with our clients, we bring value to our services.

We have our own way of doing things.  We challenge each other's ideas.  We want people to challenge the status quo of specific issues or concerns.  By curiously asking the right questions and knowing when to actively listen before doing the work, we get things done faster and smarter together.

On the Job Training

We accept students from reputable schools who want to experience the practical applications of accounting at work.  We screen these students to assess whether or not they are flexible enough to work with us.   We want them to experience not only the hands-on skills in accounting for small and medium scale enterprises but also to learn how to deal with different people and cultures especially from non-profit organizations.
